MEASURES FOR PROTECTION OF THE DATA OF THE CARD-HOLDERS

In the system of Panorama hotel, city of Varna, No 31, Primorski Blvd. are undertaken and provided measures for protection of the personal data of the customers in compliance with the requirements of the Law for protection of the personal data.

The customers accept and agree the given by them personal data to be processed in connection with the usage of the services of the website.

In order to service you, it is necessary to be submitted to us the following data:

  • name and surname
  • еmail address
  • telephone for contact
  • address /as per desire/

The entered by you data shall be used only for your servicing and for connection with you in case of problems. We guarantee that these data shall not be given under any form to third persons or used for purposes, different from the above-described.

POLICY FOR PAYMENT OF RESERVATIONS

The payment of the reserved rooms and apartments is carried out depending on the chosen type of price / policy for cancellation: non-refundable price with payment immediately or price with possibility for cancellation of the reservation.

After you do a request for reservation, you shall receive a confirmation with a number of your reservation.

Please note that all parking places are limited and subject to availability. marking a parking while making the reservations is just a request, not a guarantee. Advance reservation for parking is needed on the following telephone number: +359 52 687310.

In the cases of advance payment via a bank way of the due amount as per the reservation, together with the confirmation there is sent and a pro-forma invoice for payment. After receiving of the amount as per the bank account of the Hotel-keeper, the reservation shall be considered for finally confirmed.

All invoices are issued in Bulgarian levs and/or in Euro as per the fixing rate of the Bulgarian National Bank.

WAYS OF PAYMENT:

– in cash on spot at the hotel

– via bank way through a transfer as per a bank account of the Hotel-keeper. For date of payment is accepted the date, on which the bank account of the Hotel-keeper is certified with the full amount of the due amount. All expenses in connection with the bank transfer are at the expense of the customer.

– By credit cards or debit cards:

Visa, MasterCard, Borika – online at reservation as per price „payment immediately” /non refundable/ or on spot at the hotel through a POS terminal at the front desk.

American Express, Diners Club – on spot at the hotel through a POS terminal at the front desk.

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

At reservations done as per price „payment immediately” /non refundable/ cancellations are not permitted. The due penalty is to the amount of the full stay as per the reservation. This rule is applicable and in case of not arriving /no show/.

The cancellation of reservations is carried out via electronic mail, fax or on spot at the hotel.

Cancellations, done up to 2 days before arriving during the periods 01.01-31.05 & 16.09-31.12 – a penalty is not due.
– Cancellations, done up to 5 days before arriving during the period 01.06-15.09 – a penalty is not due.
– Cancellations done after the above-indicated term – the due penalty is to the amount of the first overnight stay. This condition is not applicable in case, that the reservation is done for the same day.
– In case of not arriving /no show/ the due penalty is to the amount of the first overnight stay.

At observance of the term for cancellation, all advance paid amounts are subject to refunding on behalf of the Hotel-keeper in cash or through a bank way /as per an account indicated by the customer/. In case that the payment is done with a bank card, the refunding of amounts shall be done through ordering of a reverse operation as per the card, with which is done the payment in term of 10 /ten/ days.

We do not have access to your card data, but only your serving bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, for your identification as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our serving bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.

Consent and use of data for the purposes stated:

When you enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of the data is entirely voluntary. By entering the data, you consent to the collection, processing and use of the data in order to establish contact. Collection, processing and use for any other purpose is not carried out. Right to information:
